Jeffrey Allan Propp, 58, passed away March 14, 2014 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming with his family by his side.
Jeff was born in Casper, Wyoming on July 13, 1955. Graduated from Natrona County High School with the class of 1973. In his youth, Jeff enjoyed bowling, playing baseball, and camping/fishing trips to the mountains.
On March 31, 1978, Jeff married Deborah Diane George. Jeff & Debbie were blessed with three wonderful children: Dustin, Joshua, and Elicia. Over the next 36 years, Jeff & Debbie would see much of the American West as they moved for work as well as vacationing and supporting children as they participated in activities. Jeff, Debbie, family & friends loved the outdoors, mainly in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. It was there that Jeff taught his family how to fly fish, properly set up a campsite, and give thanks for their blessings especially family.
Jeff spent his career working in the oil & gas industry that took him and his family from Montana to New Mexico with various stops along the way before arriving back in Casper in 1990. Jeff was co-owner of Precision Measurement, Inc. a gas measurement service company. Jeff had a passion for field service and looked forward to his opportunities to work and travel.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father Gary. Jeff is survived by his mother Peggy; wife Debbie; three children: Dustin (Melissa Dunn), Josh (Megan Lechner), and Elicia; sister Janeen (Dale Legerski) and family; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial for Jeff will be held this spring in the mountains that he loved. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
