Xenia Ellen White Chopping Green died on Saturday May 3, 2014 at Poplar Living Center. She was the daughter of Jasper and Ermie (Mabbs) White. She was born May 8, 1914 in Coffeen, Illinois. In 1919 she moved with her family to Fremont County, Wyoming. She finished high school in Riverton, Wyoming and married Porter Chopping of Riverton in 1933. Two children were born to this union, Porter Vern and Ellen Nadine. In 1959, she married Johnnie William Green in Phoenix, Arizona, then moved to Stratford, Texas. In 1996, she returned to Riverton.

Xenia was known for helping everyone wherever she lived.

She is survived by one sister, Wyoma Hammett of Casper; one brother, Gail White and his wife Lucile of Casper; step-son Peyton Green and wife Diann of Amarillo, Texas; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her son and her daughter, one grandchild, six brothers, and three sisters.

Cremation has taken place and interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton, Wyoming. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
