CASPER -- A memorial service for William Thomas Jones, 54, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2008, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home with Dino Wenino
A viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Newcomers.
He died June 8, 2008, at the Wyoming Medical Center, from heart problems.
He was born July 8, 1953, in Cheyenne, the son Ellis Claire Jones and Lillian Elaine Kamrath Jones.
He grew up in Casper and graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1971.
During school he was an avid wrestler and enjoyed all sports.
In 1972, he married Krisanne Haworth and they had one child. They were married in the Jones family home. They were later divorced, but remained friends.
He worked and owned Casper Appliance Service and later owned AAA Appliance Service. He recently worked as a bartender and did many odd jobs.
He was a avid fisherman and hunter, he was also a guide for deer, elk and antelope. Many out of state hunters have trophies on their walls do to him.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed it whenever it was possible
He is survived by his son Kristian, a daughter-in-law, sister, Brenda Jones; mother, Lillian and brother, Bruce; one niece; one nephew; and the love of his life, his new granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ellis and sister, Sharon Jones.
He will be greatly missed by all.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
