WAYNE F. LOPEZ
WAYNE F. LOPEZ
Wayne was born on 25 Sept. 1957 in Worland, WY. He attended and graduated from Natrona County High School and then became very successful in the oil filed industry with his brother Tim Lopez.
Wayne was a person who loved life… and recognized the greatest joy in life was being with his family and friends. As his family we believe the Lord decided it was Wayne's time to come home. His wife Deena will tell you Wayne was enjoying his favorite past time …he was on the 10th hole of the Three Crowns Golf Course when the final putt fell on July 9, 2012. Wayne's greatest gift was his compassion and genuine commitment to helping others.
Wayne was an uncle, a father and a grandfather. He loved the miracle of children and their ways. His joy came from the many hours of laughter and playful teasing which warmed everyone's heart. He loved his puppy "Sugar," who was always at the door to greet him. Wayne never sought the center stage in life, but instead he went through the walk of life with a smile on his face from the successes he saw in others.
Wayne was preceded in death by parents Lee and Grace and his grandson Gabriel. He is survived by his wife Deena, son Don and his wife Sarah, daughter Cassie and her husband Jesse, and son Anthony and fiance Kristen, and five grandchildren. Wayne was surrounded by a close family which included his brothers and sisters: Ralph and his wife Patty, Pat and his wife Lydia, Ruben and Peggy, Keith and his wife Veronica, Alvina and her husband Greg, Madeline and her husband Steve, Cindy and her husband Randy, and his youngest brother Tim. Because of Wayne's view of family he held his friends as …members of his family.
