Thomas E. (Tom) Sisco left this world at Life Care Center of Casper, on September 26, 2014.
Tom was born in Newburg, Missouri on April 22, 1931 to Louis and Blanch Sisco.
His childhood was spent in and around Newburg on various family farms with his 4 sisters, and 2 brothers. Life at home ended upon his graduation from Newburg High School in 1949.
His military service began in late 1949, leading to his tour of duty in Korea until his honorable discharge in October of 1952.
From 1952 until 1956 he worked as a bridge painter in and around central Missouri. During that time he married Minnie Inman in Rolla, Missouri. They relocated to Casper, Wyoming in 1956, where he resided until his death.
He began his career in Wyoming working for Natrona County. He then moved on to work for Mobil Refinery, and bulk plant agent for Texaco Inc. In 1974 he purchased the Country Club Texaco service station, which he operated until 1981. He then had various business interests, with his sons, as Temsco Enterprises, until his retirement.
He is survived by son; Bill of Casper. Brother; Phil of Phoenix AZ, Grandson; Travis of Casper, Granddaughter; Brittney of Casper, and daughter in law; Linda of Sheridan. He is also survived by the mother of his children; Minnie, also of Casper.
He is proceeded in death by sons; Roly and Ron, his grandson; Cody, as wells as his parents, 4 sisters, and 1 brother.
Memorial service is to be held on Tuesday, October 7th at 2:00pm in the chapel at Oregon Trail State Veterans' Cemetery, Evansville, Wyoming.
