Tamela "Tam" Casebolt
Casper, WY
November 25, 1957-April 4,2016
Tamela "Tam" Casebolt, age 58, of Casper WY, went home to be with her Savior after a long, courageous battle with Myelofibrosis, on April 4th at Presbyterian St Luke's in Denver, CO. Tam was born November 25, 1957 in Casper WY to Duane and Donna Miller. She grew up in Casper and started working for the State of Wyoming as a mainframe support technician and retired with them after nearly 30 years. In 1977 she met and fell in love with her soul mate, Dan Casebolt, and after only 2 months of dating they married. Last December they celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary. Together they had 2 beautiful children, Jason and Jamie.
Tam lived for her 4 grandchildren Braxton, Brooklyn, Addison and Hudson. They were the light of her life. She loved nothing more than spending time with them, taking them to movies, putt-putt and making crafts with them. She enjoyed spending time at Alcova Lake with her close friends, sewing/quilting, trying new recipes, and spending time with her puppies. She will best be remembered for her contagious smile and laugh, her generosity, caring nature, strong faith, and daily strength battling her disease. She always had a smile and rarely complained. She always put everyone else first.
She is preceded in death by her mother Donna Miller. She is survived by her husband, Dan; son Jason (Heather) Casebolt; daughter Jamie (Jason) Galles; father Duane; sisters Pam (Mark) Daugherity and Denise (Allen) Stinnette; 4 grandchildren Braxton and Addison Galles, Brooklyn and Hudson Casebolt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
