CASPER -- A memorial service for Susan Peak, 60, will be held at a later date.
She died at Wyoming Medical Center on March 4,2007 after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Peru, Ind., on Feb. 24, 1947, to the late George S. Hatfield and Loris Woods.
She led a full life, even after losing her vision and relying on guide dogs for more than 30 years.
Her last achievement was as District Governor of The Lions Club of Wyoming, and traveling to Japan as a representative at an international Lions Club Convention. She remained active with the Lions Club and the Casper Mountain Lions Camp until her illness became too severe.
Survivors include her mother of Casper, her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Liz Hatfield of Wichita, Kan.; her son, Aaron Teague of Indiana and numerous friends in central Indiana and Wyoming.
She was preceded in death by her father and her husband, Doye Peak.
