Sally Fern Musser, 80, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Monday, November 4, 2019. She was born on November 27, 1938 in San Luis Obispo, California to Lloyd and Nellie Schultz. She attended San Luis Obispo Grammar and High Schools and graduated from both San Luis Obispo High School and Cambria High School. During her high school years she met the love of her life, Leroy G. Musser and they were married March 24, 1957. Together they had four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. Her days were full, she especially loved her job as a mother, wife and homemaker. As newly weds, Sally followed her husband to England while he was in the Air Force, the family was transferred to Lake Charles, LA where they settled for 5 and 1/2 years. Then the family was transferred to Vandenburg Air Force Base in Long Pok, CA where they stayed until Leroy's transfer to North Africa. The family stayed two years in North Africa until Leroy's medical discharge from the service, the family then settled in California for over 40 years until Sally and Leroy relocated to Casper to be closer to their daughter. Before moving to Casper, when Leroy retired, the couple bought an RV and traveled for 20 years throughout the United States. Sally's health forced them to settle down and they called Casper home in 2011. Leroy went to work right away at Joshua's Storehouse while Sally enjoyed her time in Casper with her daughter and numerous friends.
