Roger Fred Stratton

September 18, 1938 — June 5, 2013

Long time Casper Real Estate Broker, Community leader and rancher, Roger "Fred" Stratton died on June 5, 2013 in Casper, Wyoming, with his family by his side. He was born in Casper on September 18, 1938 to Roger and Ann Stratton.
A memorial service will be held on June 26, 2013, at 4:00 pm, Highland Park Community Church in Casper, Wyoming.

He married Bobbie (who he loved to call his trophy wife!) in 1974. They founded Stratton Real Estate 30 years ago, where they spent every day together. Fred was a Realtor for 50 years and revered as one of the most knowledgeable Brokers in the industry. He obtained many designations and always lived and ran his office by the code of ethics.

Fred was a lifelong cattle rancher in both Natrona and Converse Counties. The ranch he and Bobbie owned in Boxelder Canyon was the love of their lives.
Fred loved the state of Wyoming and was dedicated to his community. He was a member of the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo board, serving as chairman a number of times. He was an advocate of bringing the College National Finals Rodeo to Casper. He was also a member of Rotary and was generous in his support to many other organizations.

Fred is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family, his Stratton Real Estate family and his many friends.
