Reverend Rochelle"Rockie" Marie Cory, 69, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 13, 2022 in her home in Casper, Wyoming.
Rochelle was born on June 18, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan and was the youngest of four siblings.
She is preceded in death by her father Eli Louis Cory, mother Margaret Elaine (Chabot) and sister Sally Ann Helena Roundtree.
She is survived by her son Jason Divilliacci, his wife Melissa and their children Tanner, Isabelle, and Sophia; her brother Samuel Joseph Cory and his wife Maureen (Donatelli); her Sister Frances Marie Gilbert; and many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and beloved friends whose lives she touched around the world.
Rochelle had a larger than life personality. She was very spiritual and had a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. She became an ordained minister to provide comfort and compassion to others. She loved to cook, bake, and entertain. She attended culinary school after she graduated from South Broward High School in Hollywood, Florida in 1970. She loved to travel and was especially fond of her trips to England, Scotland and Greece. She loved all things Harry Potter and was a proud Gryffindor. She lived all over the United States: Michigan, Florida, Texas, Arkansas, Arizona, New Mexico, and South Dakota before settling down in Casper, Wyoming in 1996.
