Richard Sutton

June 2, 1919 — December 27, 2011

Richard "Red" Sutton, 92, passed away December 27, 2011 at the Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Home. He was born in Casper, WY to Phillip H. & Charlotte L. Sutton. (Bertram)

Red worked on ranches most of his life and he "LOVED" it when the kids would come visit him, just to eat his "Sour Dough Bread."

Red was a member of the American Legion for more than 60 years.

Survivors include; his sister & brother in-law, Georgia & Stanley Richardson of Cedar Rapids, Ia. Also, numerous nieces & nephews. Last, but not forgotten, "Sweetie" his Best Friend.

Red was preceded in death by his father, mother, three brothers, two sisters, and his dog Piggy.

My Best Friend, Red, knew I was with him. Thank God for the time I had with him. Love always Karen.

Services for Richard Sutton will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Oregon Trail Veteran's Cemetery, in Evansville, Wyoming.
