Richard Rolle of Casper Wyoming
Funeral services for Richard Rolle, 73, of Casper will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church on Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 3:00 with Father August Koeune as celebrant.
He died Wednesday, March 15 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer.
He was born December 29, 1932 in Chisholm, Minnesota; the son of Secundo and Charlotte (Alice) Rolle. He served in the US Army from 1953-1955. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1959. He married Delores (Dolly) Bonicatto in Hibbing, Minnesota and they have been
married for 49 years. They have lived in Casper since 1967. He was a teacher while coaching high school football and basketball until entering the insurance business.
Richard was a member of Big Brothers, Civitan, and active in the Little League Baseball Program. He served as president for the Wyoming Independent Agents, the Independent Insurance Agents of Casper, and was involved in instructing educational Insurance seminars.
His interests include playing, coaching and watching sporting events. He participated in the Senior Olympics for many years. Richard's greatest joy was supporting his grandchildrens' activities.
In addition to his wife, survivors include, DeAnn Rochelle and husband, Rochelle
Noffsinger and husband and Katherine Jimenez and husband all of Casper; a son, David Rolle and wife of Broomfield, Colorado; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son Michael, parents, and four brothers.
