Peter David Doney;
Died Sunday September 28, 2008 at the Wyoming Medical Center. He was born June 20 1951 in Havre Mt. to his parents Elmer P. Doney and Ernestine Pearl Azure "Tiny". He married his high school sweetheart Joan Irene Bell on September 13, 1969 in Anaconda, Mt. They were blessed with five children Lori Finchum, Shane Doney, Nolan Doney, Lisa Smith, and Craig Doney. "Dave" was a loving husband, an outstanding father, a giving man, and a devote member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dave's enthusiasm for elk hunting could only be overpowered by the love and commitment he showed to his family, and the charitable often lighthearted spirit he shared with those in his company. He was preceded in death by his mother, and siblings Deana Doney, and Stuart Doney. He is survived by his wife, his five children, his father, his siblings Elmer "Jim" Doney, Merle Doney, Patricia Dedman, Roberta Wandler, Marilyn France, Dale Doney, Wade Doney, Dean Doney, Gaylord Doney, Janice Johnson, Edna Hattan, and eight grandchildren.
A viewing will be held in Casper WY Thursday Oct. 2 from 6-8 pm at Newcomers Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday Oct. 3 at 2 pm in the LDS Stake Center 3931 W. 45th St. With a family viewing one hour prior to services.
