Patricia A. Williams

Patricia was born on July 25, 1939 in Parker, SD to Herke Dick and Lily Niezwaag. She passed away suddenly on April 1, 2020 in Casper, Wyoming.

In 1950, the family (which included brothers Dude & Robert and sister Mary) moved to Douglas, Wyoming, where they all attended school until her graduation.

In 1957, the family then moved to Alcova, WY where Patty and her mother ran the Logan's café. In 1958, she married William Stagner Sr and to that union had 3 children, Lavonne (Bonnie), Lorrie and William Jr. During their years the family lived in Silver City, NM; Thatcher, AZ and Shirley Basin, WY.

1976 Patty went to work at the Petrotomics/Getty Oil Mine in Shirley Basin where shortly after she met David Williams. They were married in 1986 where they then moved to Norwood, CO and purchased Norwood Market. They happily ran the store until they sold it in 1996. During retirement they were blessed to have the opportunity to travel to many places, and sharing many adventures with family and friends. One of Patty's greatest prides were her grandchildren.

Patty is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Stagner & Lorrie George; Step children, Cody (Mike) Winburn, Emil (Kayla) Williams, all of Casper, WY and stepson David Kelly of Sioux Falls, SD. Brothers Dude & Sherryl Niezwaag of Kingman, AZ and Robert Niezwaag of Riverton, WY. Also surviving her are 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Williams; Son William Stagner Jr., and sister Mary Davis.
