Patricia Dawn (Tholl) Bisiar , 49, passed away on October, 21st 2009. She was preceded in death by her father Donald Tholl, and mother Norma (Browning) Tholl . She is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, Donald Bisiar, daughter Britney Bisiar, and brother Kenneth Tholl, as well as other numerous friends and family. She was born October 5th, 1960 in Casper. She graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1979. She and Don were married August 1st, 1980 in Casper. They lived in both Denver and Houston before returning to Casper in 1991, so she could take care of her ailing parents. She worked in the window manufacturing industry in both Casper and Denver. In 2007, she and Don opened Bisiar Properties, and merged in 2008 to become Bisiar & Waldron Properties. She spent much of her time and put so much love into teaching Sunday school, and other functions at First Baptist Church and delivering meals for Meals On wheels. She spent her life putting people she cared about before herself. Everyone who knew her throughout her life has been touched by her and she will be missed by everyone. Although she truly did leave the world a better place than it was when she came into it, we have all lost such a genuine amazing woman and she will be truly missed. We, as her family, are overwhelmed with the response following her death. She had such a large sphere of influence that touched so many more people than we think even she realized. So many people have comforted us with their love and support, and it has truly shown us how amazing she was and how many people loved her and cared about her. We will all miss her and we were blessed to have such an amazing woman in our lives for the time we did. The memorial service will be held Monday October, 26th, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Highland Park Community Church. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Meals on Wheels or the Central Wyoming Rescue Mission. Newcomer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
