Life History:
He was born January 4, 1927 in Cozad, Nebraska and
was the youngest Child. He moved to Riverton and married Justina Derlcsen
in 1956. They moved to Casper with their son Randy in 1966.
Oliver was employed as a truck driver for most of his life,
and he worked for Permian Corporation for 10 years and
then Texaco until health issues forced him to retire in 1989.
After his retirement he enjoyed traveling, playing and listening to music,
and taking care of his daughter Sandye.
He was known for his kind and gentle spirit, and his wonderful
sense of humor. He also loved animals.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Jessie Moorman,
his parents, brothers, a sister, and several beloved pets.
He is survived by his children Randy Moorman, Sandye Skinner,
Rick Farris, Diane Gray, and Linda James, his kitty Sheena,
and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorials: May be sent to Meals on Wheels or the
Casper Humane Society.
