His last big success was in developing Paradise Liquors and Lounge which he created from the ground up. With his love for people and generous nature, Nick created an establishment where lifelong friendships developed, memories were made and nobody was a stranger.
Nick was a kind soul and dedicated Casperite. He was proud of his Greek heritage and loved dancing. He enjoyed traveling to Europe and Mexico where many a good story took place. His passion in life was taking care of his family and friends. His motto when anything was not going as planned was "God will take care of it".
