Services forMartha Moore, 45, of Casper will be Friday, 03-31-2006, 1:30 PM at Faith Assembly of God Church. Officiating will be Pastor Fred Bruner from the Community of Hope Church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. She died 03-26-2006 at her home.
Marti was a person that was loved and treasured by all. Her love and passion for the Lord was expressed in all she said and did. She had a way of comforting those around her. Her smile alone broke barriers no one could imagine. She loved God, her family and all her friends. She could see only the good in everyone. We know now that it was God's love flowing from within her. A Legacy in her own time.
Marti was born in Powell, WY. on Oct. 14, 1960 the daughter of John and Lucy Sandoval
where she lived the first year of her life, her parents soon moved to the state of Washington where her siblings were born. She attended grade school and Jr. High school in Grandview, Wa. Her family moved back to Powell in 1976 when Marti was 15 years old, she attended Powell High School and took some college with a special interest in music. Music was one of her greatest passions. At age 20 she met and married the man of her dreams, Allen Moore of Casper. They lived most of their 25 years of marriage in Casper where they raised their two sons. Elijah Moore born Jan. 7, 1983 and Seth Moore born Sept. 21, 1986, all of whom have an interest in music. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and in the word. She also spent a lot of time praying and writing in her journals. She had been involved with Women in the Word for 12 years and had been an active member of Community of Hope for the past four years. She taught and mentored many women of all ages throughout the years. She was employed at Peden's Inc. as an Engraver where she made trophies and awards for the past 8 1/2 years. She loved her job and everyone she worked with.
Marti was preceded in death by her father John Sandoval in Jan. 1980 Survivors include her husband, Allen Moore, two sons- Elijah Moore and Seth Moore, her mother Lucy Sandoval, one brother John Sandoval and one sister Gloria Martinez-Jensen all of Casper, one brother Joseph Sandoval of Jacksonville, Florida. Plus numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
