CASPER -- No services will be held at his request for Michael Allen Levin, 59, who died Oct. 13, 2007, at home.
He was born April 27, 1948, in San Francisco, Calif., the devoted son of Edith (Haberman) Levin of Daly City, Calif., and the late Paul Levin.
He was raised in Daly City, Calif., graduating from Westmoor High School and graduated from San Francisco Barber College in 1967.
He moved to Casper in 1974 and made lots of friends, especially his devoted friend, Virginia Tubbs.
He worked in the oilfield until opening his own barber shop in Mills, Millview Barbershop.
His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and gardening. He will be truly missed by all of the people whose lives he touched.
Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Bridgette Reed of Keiser, Ore., and Jenene Henson of Castlerock, Colo.; two brothers, Daniel Levin, and wife of Walnut Creek, Calif., and Steven Levin and his wife of Casper; a sister, Barbara Lax and her husband of Ashland, Ore.; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
