Mr. Randall passed away on February 16 (his 102nd birthday) at Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions. He was born February 16, 1912 in Gering, Nebraska, the son of Arthur G. and May V. (Rush) Randall who were pioneers in the Western Nebraska area.
He moved to Casper in 1921 with his mother and step father James B. Boyer. He attended schools in Casper and graduated from Natrona County High School in 1930. After graduation he was employed by the Prairie Publishing Company and was associated with them for 42 years, retiring in 1972.
On June 28, 1941 Cecilia Duncan and he were united in marriage - a loving marriage that lasted for over 58 years, until her sudden passing in February 2000.
After retiring he and his wife enjoyed traveling extensively and spending summers at Alcova Lake.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, fifty year member of Casper Masonic Lodge No. 15, Consistory and Shrine, past member of Casper Boat Club and a life member of I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 22.
Survivors include his nieces and nephews Alice Elaine Blatt of Casper, Peggy (Bob) Nicholls of Cheyenne, Ron (Hannah) Nunn of St. Helena, California, Jack (Carole) Nunn of Jackson, Hugh Duncan of California, Barbara Fantin of Worland and Audra Kuhn of Gillette.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and a brother Marvin.
