Sue has passed away Monday December 7th at her home at the age of 69. Sue was born to Adelaide and George Lilly in January of 1946. She was a lifelong resident of Casper. She attended area schools, and graduated from N.C.H.S. in 1965. She attended her 50th class reunion this summer, and re-acquainted with all of her lifelong friends and classmates, who she just "loves to pieces," and it was here in Casper that she married and had her daughter Kristi.
Sue enjoyed crochet and macramé along with many, many other crafts. She was a true diehard Nascar fan. She enjoyed reading, movies, music, and looking up stories about family history on the computer. Sue loved recipes and cooking, a love that she had shared a lifetime with her Mom. She enjoyed telling jokes, visiting with friends, traveling, and going out for meals. She was a religious woman with a deep belief which made her strong and at peace with her illness. Sue was a sweet, kind and gentle person, and she had a heartfelt deep desire to help others all along her path. She was genuine and truly one of a kind. We are richer for having Sue in our lives, and she has given us hope and inspiration that will never be forgotten.
She has joined her Mother (Addie), Father (Babe) and Uncle Tom, along with a long list of other family members that have enriched her life. She has left her daughter Kristi, Sisters: Abbie, of Cheyenne, WY, and Georgia, of Alaska; stepmom Blanche, of Arizona; nieces, nephews, and her cousin, many close friends to carry on, "But Never Without Her."
A celebration of her life will be at a later date, and donations may be made to Frontier Home Hospice Health Care in Casper, Wyoming.
