Memorial Mass for Margaret Edmondson, 85, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday February 15, 2007 at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church. Inurnment will be at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery.
She died Sunday morning, February 11, 2007 at Life Care Center of Casper.
She was born January 20, 1922 in Arvada, Colorado, the daughter of Lacey and Ruth Peoples.
She graduated from North High School in 1940. She later married John D. Edmondson. They later moved to Billings, Montana, then made Casper their home in 1964.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her job as a homemaker and was an avid worker of crossword puzzles. She also loved to sew and enjoyed weekly lunch with her friends. She was cherished and loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include a sister, Lois Carson of Colorado, three daughters – Joan Rosensweig and her husband Dennis of Casper, Mary Roberts and her husband Kenny of Oklahoma, and Cathy Davis and her husband James of Texas; and three sons – Richard of Sheridan, Paul and his wife Ann of Colorado, and John of Casper; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 45 years, and a great granddaughter.
