Patricia 'Lynn' Neumiller

CASPER -- Services for Patricia "Lynn" Neumiller, 53, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 13,2007, at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Matney officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Viewing will be 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
She died March 7, 2007, at Wyoming Medical Center.
She was born July 30, 1953, in Norfolk, Va., the daughter of Edward H. Propes and Macy V. Wade.
Her childhood included time in Virginia, Maine, and Florida. From Florida, she decided to head west to Casper for job opportunities.
She met her future husband, Michael Neumiller, in Casper and they were married on June 26, 1977 in Casper.
She was a teller and loan officer at Wyoming National Bank and completed her associate's degree in political science.
Her life focus changed with the birth of her daughter, Jessica, in 1981, and her son, Jake, in 1983. She committed herself to raising a family and could never imagine herself doing anything different. She was actively involved in her children's lives.
She planned numerous school parties and events, sports activities and birthday parties. She volunteered as a school librarian, and read weekly to children at North Casper.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and helped with the Awana youth program.
She was always an inspiration to anyone who met her, especially while battling various forms of cancer since 1988. She would speak to chemotherapy patients about her story and give others hope for living with cancer. She was a very strong woman who could always put a smile on your face. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband of Casper; daughter, Jessica Neumiller of Golden, Colo.; son, Jacob Neumiller of Casper; sister, Kyle Black, Orlando, Fla.; three brothers, Richard Propes, Cary, N.C., and Brian Propes and John Propes, both of Orlando, Fla.,Mother: Macy V. Wade, Cary N.C. and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
