Lynn Marie McMurray, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2026 at the age of 75 in Casper, Wyoming. Born on September 7, 1949, Omaha, Nebraska.

Lynn later moved to Wyoming, where she built a life and a family of her own. She was a devoted mother to her four children but also played a loving role in raising many others along the way. She was a proud grandmother to six grandchildren, cherishing every moment with them.

A woman of strong faith, Lynn attended church regularly and found comfort in her beliefs. She had a love for simple joys—watching Gunsmoke, playing bingo, and admiring the beauty of nature. She was a source of wisdom, always ready to offer a listening ear, heartfelt advice, and, more often than not, a touch of well-placed whit.

In her later years, Lynn became a resident at Casper Mountain Care Center, where she was cared for with love and kindness. The staff there became an extension of our family, providing her with companionship and comfort in her final years.

Lynn’s legacy is one of love, strength, and humor. She touched the lives of so many and will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.

May she rest in peace, surrounded by the birds she so loved and the warmth of those who have gone before her.
