Loretta Faye Baumfalk, age 72, of Glenrock, Wyoming passed away on Thursday, October 30th, 2014. She was born in Delta, Colorado on March 8th, 1942 to Carl Samuel and Fern Louise Cole. She lived in Delta for thirty eight years before moving to Wyoming.

Loretta attended high school in Delta, Colorado. After high school she married George Edwards and they had three children; George, Julia, and Patricia. She later married Floyd "Jack" Baumfalk, together they had one daughter Susan.

Loretta enjoyed traveling, fishing, and diving into a great romance or mystery novel. More recently she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Loretta is survived by her four children George Edwards of Durango, CO, Julia and Richard Treon III of Stinnett, TX, Patricia and Michael Lewis of Lakewood CO and Susan and Eugene Hogan of Glenrock, WY, two step-daughters, Glenda Homann of Spearfish, SD and Cheri Forney of Norfolk, NE. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, Richard Treon IV, Shananda Richards, Jessica Homann, Loretta "Nikki" Treon, Sarah Wurdinger, Jaquelyn Layher, Andrew Aragonez, Joseph Ott Edwards, Christopher Forney, Allison Lewis, and Shanika Hogan and 11 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and sisters, Carl Jr and Carole Lynn of Delta, CO, Mary and Clifford Reeder of Rock Springs, WY, Emma and Doug Ripley of Carlsbad, NM, and James and Becky Cole of Kenai, AK and one brother in-law, Joe Codner of Glenrock, WY, and her beloved dog, Winnie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd "Jack" Baumfalk Jr, her parents Carl and Fern Cole, and one sister Sharon Codner.

Services for Loretta will be held at Oregon Trail State Veteran's Cemetery, 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 5, 2014
