Lois Minsaas, 84, of Casper, Wyoming passed away peacefully Sunday, September 25, 2022 at her home.
Lois was born March 22, 1938 in Neillsville, Wisconsin to Frank and Alice Knoop. She graduated from Neillsville High School in 1956. She met the love of her life, Gale, at the age of 16 while roller skating. They were married November 23, 1957 in Neillsville, Wisconsin.
Gale's work in the oil fields took them first to Montana and then across the western United States. They finally landed in Casper in 1974 where they made their home and raised their son, John. Lois worked at Hilltop Laundromat for many, many years.
Lois is survived by her husband, Gale; son, John (Randi Kaster) all of Casper, Wyoming; sister, Jean (Kenny) Goetz of Wisconsin; grandchildren, Dalton (Taylor) Minsaas of Wheatland, Wyoming and Courtney (Talha) Soomro of Dayton, Ohio; and 5 great grandchildren.
