Ligia Rorabaugh

January 11, 1964 — April 6, 2018

Ligia Carmen Rorabaugh is a woman of faith, strength, courage, and selfless compassion. Her humble spirit and her love for her family are enough to guide her to her journey into heaven. She left us beautiful memories, her love is still our guide, and though we cannot see our mom she is always by our side. She was born in Honduras and spent her childhood playing with her chickens and enjoying the simple moments in life. She enjoyed sunflowers and red roses and what life had to offer her. She met her late husband Gary while he was stationed in Honduras and she started her life with him and her two sons. They had lots of adventures and made it to three different continents before settling in Wyoming. Now the family was five, Carmen had the daughter she always wanted and two sons to always love and protect her. Ligia enjoyed the simple moments with her family but especially her three granddaughters. Ligia continued her bingo, and thrift shopping adventures, along with camping trips with her church family.
She never faltered in her faith with her god and knew he would be with her in her final moments. She was loved by many but most of all her family. Sitting here imagining what she might say looking down on her family: Close your eyes and you will see all the memories you have of me. Sit and breathe you will find, I'm still there in your mind. There is no pain there is no fear, I will always be near. My god has wrapped his arms around me so I can watch over thee. You will be forever in my heart and soul so I can humbly watch you grow old.

Ligia Carmen Rorabaugh at a young age of 54 is survived by her two sons, Herver and Kelvin, her daughter, Linda, granddaughters, Vanessa, Amira, Liliana; daughter-in-laws, Candace and Tiarra, and her family in Honduras.
