Leona "Cookie" Marie Stewart Loibl (67) passed away on January 20, 2013. She was born in Douglas, Wyoming on April 16, 1945 to Lloyd Little and Daisy Estella (CadaWallder) Stewart. She was the 11th of 13 children, the youngest daughter. She was raised in Glenrock, graduating in 1963.
She married Edmund Bruce Loibl on January 9, 1965, having 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren with the 4th great grandchild on the way.
She took pride and joy in raising her family. She enjoyed painting, making quilts, and fishing.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years and their 3 children: Lisa Marie (Ray) Boren and their 3 children, Angel, Krissy and Zack; Michelle Irene (Paul) Woods and their 2 daughters Cierra & Katie Dawson; Darren Dewayne Loibl and his 2 children, D.C. and Kylee, and her 3 great grandchildren, Jeramiah, Rylee Ray and Charlie Ann. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Doris Howard and Donna Tullos, both of Glenrock and 3 brothers, Gerald Stewart and Rex Stewart, both of Glenrock, and Jack Stewart of Douglas.
She was proceeded in death by one daughter, her parents Lloyd and Daisy Stewart, 6 brothers; Jim, Frank, George, Ralph, Albert (Shorty) and Ronnie and one sister, Irene Palmer.
Services will be held at the First Southern Baptist Church in Glenrock on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 1:00.
