Memorial Services for Larry Coon, 58, will be at Boyd Avenue Baptist Church on Monday, June 18, 2007, at 10:00AM. He died on June 15,2007, at home surrounded by his family after a year long struggle with cancer.

He joined his earthly family on April 27, 1949, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as the first of three childern to George LeMoine and Byrle Maxine Coon, both preceeded him in death. He is survived by his wife,Patti, whom he married on January 2, 1981. His beloved daughter Lisa N. Coleman (Scott) and beloved son Adam B. Coon both of Casper. He is also survived by his sister, Janis Satterwhite (Jim) of Albuquerque, New Mexico and a brother, Craig Coon (Barbara) of Arvada, Colorado, as well as numerous in-laws, nieces,nephews,grandnieces and grandnephews.

He was a member of Boyd Avenue Avenue Baptist Church in Casper where he served on the Budget and Finance Committee, he was a Sunday School Teacher, an organizer of the Baptist Men's Minstries as well as serving in numerous other capacities. Prior to his retirement after 32 years of dedicated service on December 31, 2006, he was the Wyoming and Northern Utah Division Metering Director for PacificCorp. At the Time of his death he was the State Disaster Relief Director for the Wyoming Southern Baptist Convention for which he made numerous trips to Louisiana, Texas and Missouri to assist others left in need after experiencing natural Disasters.
