Kimberly Ann Goodwin passed away after a very long battle with lung cancer on June 27th, 2022.
She was born on December 24th, 1960 on the Hereford Texas Army base to Frank and Jacala Lenz. She was raised in Northglenn Colorado and attended Thornton High School. She went on to have five children.
Kim has lived and worked all over the country including in Northglenn Colorado, North Platte Nebraska, Seattle Washington, and Waco Kentucky, and most recently in Casper Wyoming where she was an active member of the Wyoming Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Kim was most proud of her job with Boeing but loved being a "lunch-lady" the best.
She is preceded in death by her father Frank Anthony Lenz, mother Jacala Mae Lenz Albin, her son Zachary Hackenberg, her brother Kirk Lenz and her stepfather Jerry Albin. She is survived by her children Kenny Katzenmeyer, Jackie Katzenmeyer Littleton (Alan), Christina Goodwin, and Jessica Goodwin along with her sisters Beverly Lenz Rosen (Joe), Rena Lenz Gordon Williams (Darrell), and Glenee Hope Lenz. Kim has 14 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews including Zayne whom she got to see off to Army Boot Camp before her passing.
Kim loved the Broncos, raising chickens, and gardening. She also loved Alan Jackson, and Garth Brooks and will be missed greatly by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Kim at Newcomer Funeral Home in Casper Wyoming on Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at 11:30 am.
