Memorial services for Keith Edward O'Briant will be held Monday, May 26, 2008 at 11 a.m. in Newcomer Family Funeral Home. Private cremation was held.
A gathering will follow the service at the D & C Social Club, 4200 W. Yellowstone in Casper.
He was born in Worland in 1958 to Marie and Ken Hennings.
The family moved to Casper in 1959. He attended Dean Morgan where he met his wife, Bonny. In 1977 he graduated from NCHS with his high school sweetheart by his side.
He and Bonny were married in 1977, and soon after they had a son, Jason, and two years later a daughter, Sarah. He worked as a mechanic at Firestone and Dale's Alignment for several years before starting his own business, Auto Doc, in 1989, which he ran and operated successfully.
He loved to do anything outdoors: hunting, fishing, camping, etc. He was involved for many years volunteering in "Fishing has no boundaries," which benefitted handicapped adults. He also loved spending time with his family and friends, but nobody could compete with his grandkids Shannon, Terrence and Mariah, who were his pride and joy.
Survivors include wife Bonny of Casper, son Jason O'Briant and family of Casper, daughter Sarah Lara and children of Casper, mother Marie Bartenhagen and husband Jack of Casper, sister Patti Flack and her family of South Dakota, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ken Hennings, and his grandparents.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
