Keith "Rusty" Walter Collins, 61 of Casper, Wyoming passed away November 15, 2011. He was born in Torrington, WY to Berl and Jean Collins on September 7, 1950. He grew up in Casper, and then lived in Colorado with the love of his life, Cheryl Horton.
Keith and Cheryl moved to Tennessee in the late 1990's, to continue his higher education at Eastern Tennessee State University.
Keith enjoyed traveling, and was an avid college and professional football fan. He enjoyed being a life long armchair quarterback for the Denver Broncos. He also was very involved in helping others battling drug addiction. He was instrumental in helping the Hurricane Katrina survivors relocated to Eastern Tennessee.
Keith loved spending time with his family and friends, he is survived by his mother, Jean Collins, life partner, Cheryl Horton, siblings, Ron (Barb) Collins, Cathy (Jim) Sears, Mike (Elaine) Collins, Ernie Robert (Doris) Collins, Bobbi Collins. Nieces and Nephews David Kiniston, Jason Collins, Josh (Jill) Sears, Jennifer (Matt) Ryan, Aaron Collins, Katie Grace Collins. Preceded in death by Berl Collins, and grandparents Walter and Kate Walker, and Ray and Grace Collins.
FUNERAL SERVICES will be held Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 2:00 pm, at Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church in Casper, WY. 4600 South Poplar Street Casper, WY 82601
Cremation has taken place.
