John Mcclelland

John McClelland, 77, past away on February 25, 2009 at his home in Casper after a short illness. Born March 9, 1932 in Rayne, LA he served 4 years in the US Navy before coming to Wyoming to pursue a career in the oilfield. John married Bessie Winsor of Colorado. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycle and car racing. He is survived his son John Jay McClelland and his wife Sam, Stepdaughter Sheala Figueroa and her husband John, two granddaughters, Kaylee McClelland and Kody Figueroa, one grandson, Frederick Schott, one sister Gloria Welch of Jennings, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. A memorial service will be held Wednesday March 4, 20090 at 11:00 AM in Newcomer Funeral Home.
