Memorial services for Justina (Jessie) Joan Moorman, 72, of Casper will be Friday, 09-16-2005, 2:00 p.m. at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery Cremation has taken place
She died September 7, 2005 at the Wyoming Medical Center at the age of 72.
She was born November 4, 1932 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada to Jacob and Katrina Derksen. She moved to the United States where she met and married Oliver Moorman in Riverton, Wyoming in 1956. They moved to Casper, Wyoming in 1966.
She was primarily a homemaker and enjoyed traveling, dancing, and socializing. She was known for being a classy lady and took great pride in her appearance. She was excited at the arrival of her first biological grandchild, Braden, earlier this year.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Oliver Moorman, children Randy Moorman, and Sandye Skinner, step-children Rick Farris, Diane Gray and Linda James, two Sisters Betty and Mary, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and one sister.
