Jeannie Marie Jacobsen-Otto

Jeannie Marie Jacobsen was the center of the family, the brightest star! She was a loving mother, sister, auntie, daughter, partner and friend. She was loved by everyone who met her.

She was born in Gillette, Wyoming, to Tammy Green and Gene Otto.

She left behind two children, Jenna and Steven; her love Billy, and much more. She will reunite with her daughter, Emma: her beloved mother, Tammy; and her first love, Jason Jacobsen (JJ).

Her silly and witty personality could make anyone smile. You could always count on her for any and everything you needed. From a hug to just support. Jeannie loved to hang out with family, especially Lucille's famous Sunday night dinners. One of Jeannie's favorite things was pickle juice. She would go to the store just to buy the jar. Jeannie was taken from this earth before her time, but we know she dances every day upon the stars with her little princess Emma. She will be missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday February 24 2024 at Mountain View
Baptist Church, Mills, Wyoming.

Arrangements are under the direction of Newcomer Casper Chapel.
