James A. Bennett, 90 of Casper passed away May 13th 2012 at Wyoming Medical Center.
Jim was born November 6, 1921 in Greybull, WY. to James and Annie Bennett and was the youngest of 6 children.
Jim served in the Army during W.W.ll and returned to Greybull to work for the Amoco Refinery.
He married Nova Galusha on October 15, 1945. They were transferred to Casper to the Amoco refinery where he worked for the next 34 years.
Jim is survived by his wife of 67 years and by his daughters Norene Sperry (Pat) of Greeley Co., and Linda Bennett of Casper. He is also survives by grandchildren Mike (Penney) Sperry of Denver, Co., and Nikki Peterson (Greg) of Greely, Co., and great grandchildren, Payton and Brady Peterson of Greeley, Co.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Wyoming Memorial Gardens.
