James "Jimmy" Harlow Andrews Jr, age 45, formerly of Casper, WY passed unexpectedly in San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 10, 2023.
James is survived by his wife, Nichole Andrews; his children, Ali Green, Moriah Andrews, and JT Andrews; his mother Susanna Andrews; and his sister Judy Andrews. He is predeceased by his father, James Andrews; and his sister Wendy Andrews.
James was born on May 11, 1977 in City of Orange, California to James and Susanna Andrews. On March 10, 2002, he married his soulmate, Nichole Andrews. In 2005, James joined the JATC apprenticeship program in North West Oregon to pursue his career in power line work. He followed in the footsteps of his father-in law John Green and became a Journeyman Lineman on May 2, 2009. James continued his Journeyman Lineman career throughout the following states/territory: Oregon, California, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico.
James was an exceptional husband and devoted father. He enjoyed perfecting his BBQ skills and in turn started Smoked N Tender BBQ food truck with his family. James was the definition of a family man; never turning down the opportunity to spend quality time with his wife and kids. His passions include the following: enjoying butter with a side of popcorn at the movie theater, yearly Disneyland trips, movie impersonations with his son, late night gun assemblies, Saturday morning breakfasts, karaoke in the car, shooting at the gun range and spending time with his close friends.
The celebration of life will be April 8th, 2023 at Restoration Church (411 S. Walsh Dr Casper, WY 82609) at 2PM. We ask that you wear casual clothing as that is what James would want.
