Jack Clinton Arthur

Jack Clinton Arthur, 84, died peacefully on October 1, 2024, in Casper, WY. 

Clinton was born on June 5th, 1940 in Lubbock, TX to Jack Marcus Arthur and Mary Louise (Hood) Arthur. He grew up in Crosbyton and Stephenville, TX. He attended Tarleton State College and graduated from Texas Tech University, where he met Nan Rose Johnson. Clinton and Nan were married June 1st, 1962. He attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, graduating in 1966. Clinton served in the US Navy.

Clinton and Nan settled in Amarillo, TX, where he practiced anesthesiology and they raised their daughters. They relocated to Casper, WY in 2014. Clinton is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nan; daughter Mary Hannigan (Kevin) of Bedford, TX; daughter Sally Mosier (Chris) of Casper, WY; grandchildren Ben Mosier and Audrey Mosier of Laramie, WY, Sean Hannigan of Knoxville, TN and Patrick Hannigan of Lubbock, TX.
