Harry Cole Duckworth (Duck), age 80, of Casper Wyoming, passed away December 14th, 2020 at Wyoming Medical Center.
Harry was born in Martins Ferry Ohio, September 1, 1940 to Robert Wesley Duckworth and Marguerite (Hennings) Pettit. Harry is preceded in death by both parents, and brothers Mickey Duckworth and
half-brother Dave Pettit.
Harry was a military veteran and served four years in the Navy and two years in the Air Force. The majority of his service was in Europe where he had many exciting times. Harry remembered those years fondly. Harry enjoyed the outdoors and loved to fish. Harry had quite a unique personality and was fond of telling jokes and wild stories.
In 1973 Harry found himself in Wyoming working ranches near Laramie. Harry left ranch work and followed the oil boom to Casper. While in Casper he met and married Millie (Smith) Duckworth. Together they had two children, Rebecca (Duckworth) Haverlock and Wesley Duckworth.
Harry and Millie later divorced. In 1993 Harry met and married Gloria (Miller) Duckworth.
Harry is survived by his wife of 26 years Gloria; two children Rebecca Haverlock (Dustin), Wesley Duckworth (Danielle); two grandchildren Cynthia Gillis (Dustin), Brandon Haverlock; and two great grandchildren Emily Gillis and Ethan Gillis.
