His favorite time was the annual livestock drive into the Big Horn Mountains with his wife and family. He was very much the heart of the family and will be terribly missed by his family as well as all who knew him and those involved in the agriculture business.

He then served on the Natrona County School Board from 1970-1971. He served on the Board of the Powder River Sheep Herders Fair for many years.

He received the Golden Staff Award for life long dedication and service to the Natrona County Wool Growers, serving as President and was a member from 1950 to 1995. He was awarded Agricultural Businessman of the Year in recognition of outstanding service to agriculture and the community by the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce in 1982.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Pat and John Sullivan, one sister, Kate Hackleman and one son, Stephen T. Sullivan.

Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years, 3 daughters; Kathy (Joe) Amato, Judi (Steve) Dunning, Tammy (Tommy) Crimm; 2 sons; Joe (Peggy) Sullivan, and Frank J. (Suzette) Sullivan; brother, Jim (Patty) Sullivan and sister, Mary Howard; 11 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 8 step-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
