Frank Milkovich, 87, of Casper, passed away Sept. 1, 2009 at the Wyoming Medical Center.
Frank was born December 14, 1921 in a small village in Hungary. He left home at a very early age, eventually moving to Budapest, Hungary. During the time of the Hungarian Revolution, Frank was able to leave his country, eventually coming to the United States in 1957 as a refugee. Continuing his life-long pattern of hard work, he worked for the City of Casper for many years. He was a member of the parish of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and served as an usher there for 35 years. He was also a long time member of the Elk's Club in Casper. He was a devoted husband and loving father. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Kamali of Miami, Florida and his granddaughter Lisa Larson of Hollywood, Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia and their daughter Regina.
The family will receive friends at the Newcomer Funeral Home on Friday, Sept. 4, 2009 from 6 to 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be Sat. Sept. 5, 2009 11AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Kevin Koch as celebrant. Private Cremation and burial will follow. Newcomer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
