Frank A. Centanino, 93 of Casper, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Wyoming Medical Center with his wife and family by his side. He was born in Red Lodge, MT to Anton and Irene "Roat" Centanino. He graduated from Carbon County High School, MT in 1939 and then went on to serve in the Army Air Corps in 1943. He served in Europe during WWII. He married Fay M. Carter in June of 1950 in Casper, WY. Frank worked as a Landman at Marathon Oil for 34 years. They had four Children, Frank, Mark, Lois, and Anna. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and he was extremely proud that he was able to build his family's home.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his son, Mark Centanino. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Fay; Son, Frank G. (Judy) Centanino; daughters, Lois Centanino and Anna Centanino; grandchildren, Paul Centanino and Stephen Centanino; sister, Catherine (John) Amundson; numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with Military Honors. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Oregon Trail State Veteran's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Lions Club Blind Camp at Casper Mountain.
