CASPER -- Funeral services for Francis 'Joyce' Bourquin, 73, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2008, at Newcomer Family Funeral Home on She passed away at the Wyoming Medical Center following a long battle with illness.
She was born on Jan. 30, 1935, to John and Geneva Radmall in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
In 1937, both parents were killed in an auto accident, causing her to spend the next nine years in foster care.
Adopted by her grandmother at age 11, she moved to Dillon, Mont., where she met and married Robert Kinion in 1952. Together they had four sons, Robert Allen, Billie Gene, John Lee, and Claud Ray.
Following her husband's death in 1969, she moved to Glenrock, and was married to Norm Bourquin in 1979.
She moved to Casper, in 1998, after her husband died, to live with her son, Ray.
She is survived by Billie Kinion of Casper, John Kinion and his wife of Evanston, and Ray Kinion and his wife of Casper; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert Kinion, husband, Norm Bourquin, son, Robert Kinion, and stepson, Randy Bourquin.
