FRANCES LOUISE (REZANINA) RICHARDSON
Memorial services for Frances Richardson, 71, will be held on January 12th at 2:30 P.M. at Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery with Leon Chamberlain III conducting the service. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
Frances passed away January 5 in Casper. She was born May 14, 1935 in Sidney Nebraska to Frank and Louise (Brauer) Rezanina. She began her schooling at School District #26, a rural school in Cheyenne County, Nebraska, and completed her education at St. Patrick's Academy in Sidney Nebraska. She was baptized and confirmed in St Patrick's Catholic Church.
Frances married Laverne Broyles in January 1953 in Sterling Colorado moving to Denver until Laverne enlisted in the service and was stationed in Texas. In Texas Frances began working in the hotel-restaurant industry, an occupation she carried on during most of her working career.
In December 1957 she married James H. Richardson assisting him in the operation of a contract pumping service in Moorcroft Wyoming until the family moved to Casper. In Casper, Frances was employed by the new Ramada Inn advancing to the position of assistant manager, over the next 20 years.
Frances enjoyed her family, gardening, cooking, needle working and helping her son-in-law Jack. The many family gatherings she organized will be long remembered by the numerous members of her extended family.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, David Broyles, and Harry Richardson. She is survived by her three daughters, Vycci Broyles Bagner and husband Jack of Casper Wyoming; Kelly Richardson Estep and husband Steve of Airway Heights, Washington; Traci Richardson Cogdill and husband Charles of Casper, Wyoming; Larry and Pat Richardson of Boonville Arkansas and Laverne Fullbright of Oklahoma City, Ok; by her siblings Eunice Haag, of Arvada Co, Ann Tilghman of Riverton, Wy and Thomas Rezanina of Casper Wy; 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
