Frances A. (Francelene) Harms
Francelene passed away January 3, 2010 at the
Central Wyoming Hospice Center in Casper, Wyoming, Cremation has taken place.
Memorial services will be held at the
Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 642 Arapohoe Thermopolis, Wy at 1:30 January 28, 2010 .
Francelene was born February 25, 1929 to
Dan and Inez Handley in Wagner, S.D.
They moved from Wagner, S.D. to Rapid City
and then to Glenrock, Wy. where she graduated
from GHS.
Francelene was Executive Secretary for Marathon
Oil Company for Twenty Five years and she
and her husband Gene retired from Marathon
and built their dream home in Thermopolis. They had Tennessee Walking Horses and bred and raised
one during that time.She loved her horses and
her dogs Dacha and Marney.
Francelene served as Secretary, Treasurer and
Organist for the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
She was a member of PEO Chapter A V
Thermopolis.
She is survived by siblings, Gerradean Forster,
Ronald Handley, and Robert Handley.
Children, Dan M. Bandy and Gail S. Harms (Martin) Grandsons, Caleb and Jessie Bandy and many
nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband
son Bruce, sister Norma and brother Dan
Francelene will be dearly missed by her family and friends who loved her.
Inurnment will be at the Monument Hill Cemetery followed by a reception at the Church.
