Florence S. Richman, 88, passed away at Poplar Living Center in Casper, WY on January 9, 2013. She was an amazing woman who left Casper in 1942, and relocated to Washington DC., to work for the government as a typist during WWII. Upon 15 years she received an award for acknowledgement of her performance for the Federal Service. After the death of her husband, George Richman she moved back to Casper, WY to be near her family and friends. She will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.
Florence is survived by her three sisters; Mrs. Judith Corkill, Mrs. Helen Maher, and Mrs. Elsie Hess, all of Casper, WY; one brother Robert George Seilbach of Rock Springs, WY, numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her two husbands William S. Legg and George G Richman, both of Manning SC ., parents George Robert Seilbach and Edna Bott Seilbach Thompson, one brother, Lawrence Fenning (Finn), and one sister Ellen Ruth Seilbach Hamar
