Fannie Florence Willoughby passed away on March, 13, 2019 at the age of 92. She was born on October 10, 1926 on a ranch near Woodlake, NE.

Fannie and her family moved to Glenrock, WY from Nebraska where she worked several jobs including a legal secretary. During her time in Glenrock she met and married her husband Fletcher Willoughby in 1948. They moved to Casper in 1950 where she lived the remainder of her life.

Fannie was always busy making quilts, knitting and needle point. She was so passionate about her hobby to the point that she belonged to 4 or more sewing and quilting clubs at a time. Fannie shared the same passion for her flower gardens. Some of her fondest memories were, spending many summers with Fletcher at their summer residence on Alcova Lake, boating, fishing and lounging on their deck.

She is predeceased by her husband Fletcher, one brother and one sister. Fannie is survived by her sons Phillip Willoughby and Steven Willoughby, a granddaughter Emily Willoughby, grandson Trevor Willoughby, brother Everett Johnston of Fresno, CA and sister Betty Morgan of Westminster, CO.

A celebration of her life will be held on March 23, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the home of her son Phil, 3825 Whispering Springs Road, Casper, WY.

Fannie requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions, 319 S. Wilson Street, Casper, WY. 82601
