Everett Herman Overby, 92, passed away on July 9, 2011 after a short illness at the Central Wyoming Hospice Center.
He was born March 28th, 1919 in Mabel, MN. Everett grew up and worked on the family farm in Minnesota until 1940 when he moved to Casper. After living in Casper for awhile he met his wife Bertha, the two of them were later wed in 1951. Everett was a long time employee of Lower & Cool Construction where he served as a superintended and oversaw the production of many Casper businesses. He retired at age 65 and traveled through many of the countries beautiful states. Everett loved to spend his time sightseeing, fishing and tending to his tomatoes.
Everett is survived by his wife Bertha, daughter-in-law Pat Horner, his grandchildren, Brian, Lisa & Chris, and four great-grandchildren. His son Leroy passed away two years ago this summer. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Central Wyoming Hospice.
