Erin Renee Klodt entered this world August 16, 1982 in Wheatland, Wyoming to Donna (Johnson) and Herb Klodt. Erin joined her big sister Autumn and she adored her Sissy. Their little sister Kim would soon join the family a few years later. The big girls were always very protective of their baby sister.
Erin was a happy child with a generous splash of sass and mischief. Erin loved going fishing with her dad and camping. The girls enjoyed many happy times with their beloved Grandma.
Erin became a mom on April 19, 1999 to Hope Mariahlee. Faith Nicole and Kristian James followed. How she loved her babies.
Kristian wants everyone to know how wonderful his mom was. Hope loved her mom's fighting spirit. Faith wants everyone to know how lovable she was.
Erin enjoyed crocheting and made many wonderful things. Another favorite hobby was coloring.
She loved to sing. Mostly she loved spending time with family and friends.
Erin was diagnosed with brain cancer in May 2012. In her normal stubborn, strong willed way she decided to beat the disease. She fought so well, we all believed she would win. Unfortunately, the cancer beat her on May 18, 2018.
Erin was preceded in death by her father, Herb, paternal grandparents Ben and Kathryn (Ball) Klodt, and maternal grandmother, Nancy (Curtis) Ettles.
She is survived by her mother, Donna (Russ) Southwick, children Hope, Faith and Kristian, sisters, Autumn (Jesse) Klemann, Kim (Sam) Kler, nephews, Johnathan Ericson, Tyler Klemann, niece, Emma Klemann and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was looking forward to meeting her soon to be born granddaughter Addison Mariahlee. She also left behind many friends and her beloved dog, Alibi.
In lieu of flowers, family would appreciate contributions be made to Central Wyoming Hospice.
