Sue passed away May 2, 2013 at Elk Horn Rehabilitation Hospital in Casper after fighting a courageous and short battle with Leukemia, which had only been diagnosed a few months earlier. Sue spent two and a half months at St. Luke's Hospital in Denver and thrived on the visits from her friends from Casper and Paul Booth from Fort Collins. Sue loved the near weekly packages of goodies from Al and Linda and she especially enjoyed all the new pictures of her loving cat "Tawny". Linda would record new videos of Sue as she sent home messages to Tawny.
